LOtRO~~ how to delete Characters?

see a Delete key when starting up the game, but it is
always unavailable for use. I should like to restart
Shing but haven't figured how to.

You should be able to just select the character and then delete--which will
bring up a box asking you to type in the character's name, IIRC, to
confirm--I've only deleted once character ever and that some time ago in
closed beta.

Worked this time! Don't know why not before BUT?

Am now having only Shingsinger the dwarf to play.

BUT

Is it possible to change her name? Long story
as to why so won't bore you.

He, he, don't think so db - delete/recreate is the only option
unfortunately, though you do get to add a family name at a higher level
(15th?).

Well, as I hear it the RPG was only a genre because of the limitations
of technology at the time. RPGs were really trying to be FPSs all

You usually can't change your name in MMORPG's. You can try to get a GM
(Gamemaster) to change it. Considering you just started I would say you
just delete the toon and start over.
