I`m struggling to find out where the thieves guild is, or anything about it.

I think i`m supposed to get some kind of quest / and or information from
NAGUR, from the pub,
then turn in him to Lord Andre, but everytime i speak to Nagur, he just
turns around and says "Man, just leave me alone"

its very frustrating, can anyone help me out here? I`m just not getting
anywhere with the thieves thing.

Thanks for your help,

Sparky.

IIRC, you must speak to the barkeep, maybe more than once. I don't
remember which topic to choose, but at some point he's supposed to
point you at the other man, who will then talk to you.
BTW, if you have reported the thief you meet earlier to the militia,
you won't be able to contact the guild. You can kill him or let him
off after getting your property back, but if you report him the
path is closed.

Is not.... Once you report him and get him in jail, they thieves guild send
someone after you to wack you. On the body of this person you find a key.
It unlock the door to the sewer....... And if you want to find the sewer, go
for a swim ;-)
Right.

I think the normal path is to get a "fish with a message in it" when
you're clearing bandits near Akil's farm, then you talk to the
fishmonger (near all the knights down by the docks), that leads to
being able to talk to the barkeep/Nagur.

Or just report enough thieves to the Andre and they eventually send
the assassin fellow from whose dead body you can plunder a rusty key.

Strange. I had him arrested and no one was sent to whack me.

Talk to the innkeeper and ask about special work.. Nagur will talk to
you then. You may need to have previously caught the thief who stole a
purse from one of the merchants. You can also sort out the bandits just
SE of Akil's farm (beware, they're tough-ish) and eat the strange fish
you find there .. give you another handle on the thieves guild, or at
least, one of the members.

Eventually the inn keeper in the harbour will tell you someone (Attile
(sp?)) wants to meet with you. Depending on how you have been treating
the bad guys, he'll either have something nice, or nasty for you. Oh
yes, if you know about the stolen bow, talk to the lady selling fish on
the left as you head to the harbour - she can shed some light on where
to look too.
